Nitra Vehicle Museum

For those motorbike and vehicle enthusiasts among you, this little museum, not far from the main square, is a gem.

There are dozens of classic bikes from Jawa and CZ on display, but the star attraction must be the CZ-500 made especially for the Vatican in 1939, complete with all the gold trimmings.

The curator here certainly knows his stuff, and so he should as he owns about 10 of the exhibits and will proudly show you the trophies he has won from racing them over the years.
