Dolny Kubin

For a small town, Dolny Kubin certainly has a lot to offer. A beautiful town square boasts a museum, art gallery, many fine restaurants and a cinema.

Also in the town, there is an ice-skating rink, a swimming pool, Internet cafes, and two Ski-centers. There is also Dolny Kubin's famous attraction, the wooden bridge, which happens to be the longest bridge of its type in Central Europe.

Situated in a valley in the Mala Fatra mountains, Dolny Kubin makes the ideal base for tourists visiting the region of Orava.
