Central Slovak Museum
Central Slovak Museum, Banska Bystrica The house of the miner, Jan Thurzo, decorated with a renaissance graffito and an attic gable, is now the home of the Central Slovak Museum. There are a number of different expositions on display, including late Gothic and renaissance statues.

There are also weapons and armor from the C17th and C18th, folk culture pieces, and a furniture exhibition.

Open all year:

Monday - Friday: 0800 - 1200, 1300 - 1600

Sunday 0900 - 1200, 1300 - 1600
